This past Friday we celebrated Ridley’s 1st birthday with a party! It was so much fun and very low key. We invited immediate family and Ridley’s BFF Savannah and her family.

December 30, 2009
Photobucket

It’s almost 2010 y’all! Doesn’t it seem a little weird? Like we should all be flying around in space capsules? Maybe I’m just getting old!
Anyway, on to the good stuff. Prince Charming and I are hosting a New Year’s Eve Par-tay! (Almost) all of the the Christmas stuff is put away [...]

Cute NOEL

December 17, 2009

After I decorated the chandelier with candy canes, this window (that I dug out of the trash, frugal, right?) looked quite lonely and forlorn.

Cheap.

Beautimous.

Pottery Barn-ish.
Fabulously Frugal.
A Candy Cane Christmas!

But it’s done and I’m quite pleased (and excited) about how everything looks. Prince Charming pulled out the decorations on [...]

Frugal Thanksgiving Centerpiece

November 19, 2009

One of my favorite things to do is decorate — my home, the homes of others and for events. It is my goal to be as frugal as possible when decorating. I like to “design on a dime” without it looking like I did!
I scour thrift stores, yard sales and TJ Maxx for versatile items [...]

Kelly’s Baby Shower

October 9, 2009

It was so fun to host my sister’s baby shower at my home last night. We had such a great time! It was so nice to visit with both old and new friends. Kelly got a bunch of sweet gifts. Several were handmade…so precious.
