10 Delicious & Easy Salads

by Myra Hope

Good morning and Happy Monday! I hope y’all had a great weekend! We celebrated Ridley’s 4th {yes, 4th!} birthday. Where has the time gone?!

I’m working on a fun DIY project that I hope to share in a few days, so I thought I would kick off this week with 10 of our favorite salads. I’m continuing to work on getting rid of the baby weight, so salads are my go-to meal!

Y’all. These salads are SO yum!

Strawberry Asparagus Salad

Chicken Pasta Salad

Layered Fruit Salad

Lettuce Salad

Southwest Chicken Salad

Tomato Basil Salad with Feta

Amazing Tuna Salad

Chicken Salad in Cucumber Cups

Fruit Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Cashew Chicken Salad

Do you enjoy eating salads? What kind is your favorite? I’m always looking for new ideas, so I don’t get in a rut. :)

xoxo

Myra

These all look really yummy. Thanks for sharing!

I wish salads were more popular in this part of Asia, but at least it is strawberry and watermelon season now, so I could make my own great fruit salad in the dead of winter.

Although not the most healthy, I love an asian crunch salad made with coleslaw, chicken and crunchy noodles. Also love the SW Chicken salad…I LOVE that one and forgot all about it. Thanks so much for the great posts!
