Easy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
I love breaking into my canned pumpkin stockpile each year. Yes, I have a stockpile. I’m a bit of a pumpkin maniac. Ha! We’ve been enjoying this super easy pumpkin spice oatmeal for breakfast for a few weeks. It’s super fast to make. I also love that my pumpkin oatmeal isn’t super sweet or dessert-like, but we can still enjoy delicious Fall flavors first thing in the morning!
Drool. Get in my belly!

Easy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
- 2 cups prepared oatmeal {cooked according to package directions or see my directions below}
- 1-2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 tablespoons raw or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice {make your own with this recipe!}
- 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
I use these oats. Boil 2 cups of water with a dash of salt. Add 1 cup oats, bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for a few minutes.
Add butter, sugar, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well. Add dried cranberries and walnuts. Stir again and serve.
Enjoy!
{All of these add-in measurements are variable. Feel free to change them up to better fit your palate.}

Thank you so much for sharing the pumpkin oatmeal recipe. It is my family’s favorite and I’ve even made it and brought it over to my mom. I am sharing the recipe with others at work!
Is this something that could be stored in the fridge for a few days, or does it have to be eaten right away?
Thanks! 🙂
