Ultimate Mexican Lasagna Recipe

by Myra Hope

Hey, hey! I’m excited to share the most delicious lasagna recipe ev-ah today! I love changing recipes up to fit with the ingredients we have on hand. I’m more adventurous when I’m cooking rather than baking, but recipes that are easy to modify are my favorites. This ultimate Mexican Lasagna recipe is a fancied up spin-off of my original recipe that I just know you and your family will love!

What? Seriously? This recipe was made for my family. My daughter loves lasagne, my husband loves Mexican. Both are never happy with the same dish. Pinning this and then making it twice a week for the rest of eternity. :)

This was a hit out of the park!!! This recipe will now be on my recipe rotation and a definite pull when we have company. I didn’t have enough Salsa so I used a can of Rotel and it was yum! I save lots of money buying my groceries at Aldi and they had all the ingredients needed for this recipe- win win!!! Thank you for sharing.

Love this recipe! Delicious and because there was so much leftover, we put some of it in the freezer. Can’t wait to thaw out what’s left!
