Ultimate Mexican Lasagna Recipe

Hey, hey! I’m excited to share the most delicious lasagna recipe ev-ah today! I love changing recipes up to fit with the ingredients we have on hand. I’m more adventurous when I’m cooking rather than baking, but recipes that are easy to modify are my favorites. This ultimate Mexican Lasagna recipe is a fancied up spin-off of my original recipe that I just know you and your family will love!

  1. What? Seriously? This recipe was made for my family. My daughter loves lasagne, my husband loves Mexican. Both are never happy with the same dish. Pinning this and then making it twice a week for the rest of eternity. :)
