Strawberry Lime Popsicle Recipe
We are relishing the Summer with park days, the library reading program, evening walks, decent temperatures and yummy popsicle treats. Normally it’s 100+ degrees by now, but shockingly we’re enjoying 80 degree weather. Even though we’re not dying from the heat, Ridley loves popsicles and he frequently {very frequently} reminds me when I need to make more.
I love making up popsicle recipes with natural sweeteners, fresh or frozen fruit, yogurt or coconut milk and pure vanilla. I recently mixed up a Strawberry-Lime Popsicle recipe and it is spectacular! Seriously. These popsicles are so. good.

Strawberry Lime Popsicle Recipe
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/3-1/2 cup local honey
- 3 tablespoons key lime juice
- zest of one lime
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour in popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours and enjoy!
This recipe makes 8-10 popsicles in my mold, but quantity completely depends on the size of your molds. 🙂

Wow…I have to go to the store anyway to pick up a couple of prescriptions, so considering there is only one room in the house that is even remotely non-sauna-like, I’m adding some stuff to my list!
