Today I’m Thankful for Life
I didn’t get to write anything yesterday, but it feels so good to be writing again today! Yesterday I ran errands like crazy, watched my little man roll over and over and completely overhauled my coupon storage system (another post on that) I am just overwhelmed at the amazing gift of life…no matter how short some lives are.
My sister and I were able to attend the memorial service for precious, little Elizabeth Ann Foreman. It was an incredible time of giving glory to God and praising Him for the 2 weeks that Elizabeth was here on earth. She truly did a work for God while she was here. You can read more about her very brief life here. My heart is broken for her family and these next months are going to be very difficult. Please join me in uplifting them in prayer.
Also my heart is broken for the Freeman family whose precious Kayleigh is now in heaven. These wonderful parents have some difficult days ahead of them. Won’t you pray for them as well?
My Ridley is becoming more and more precious to me. He truly is a miracle and I never, ever want to take him for granted. With that being said, I never want to take anyone for granted. I feel the need to give an extra hug and kiss to my husband and to my family members and make sure they know how very much I love them. Life is too short and I want to live with no regrets.
This is something I’ve been thinking about lately as well. I’m definitely in prayer for these families. My heart hurts for them! It’s such a reminder of how much I need to be thankful for my family and show them how much I love them!
