Hey y’all! I’m really excited to share this delicious and healthy recipe for Chocolate-Cranberry Energy Bites that I made for Valentine’s Day {in lieu of junk}. Ha! I’m working on losing the baby weight, so these energy bites are a perfect snack right after a workout or as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

  1. OK…leave it to me to already have a question! I am out of coconut and I only have full size chocolate chips…would they work without the coconut and should I maybe just chop the chips!? 😉

    1. You will find unsweetened coconut in the frozen section at any grocery store–including Walmart! Mine is usually near the frozen berry section.

  2. I have two gluten and dairy free kiddos and love that you use enjoy life chocolate chips. My kids love these, I’ll be sure to add these to our list too.
