Drool-Worthy Strawberry Cobbler

by Myra Hope

I’m ridiculously excited to share my strawberry cobbler recipe with y’all today. Ridley and I stopped by a strawberry farm last week where we bought two gallons of fresh berries. Oh wow. They were so delicious. It brought back many childhood memories as I washed them and capped them.

I froze most of the strawberries, but my hubby asked if I would make something sweet. I looked through my recipe card file and found an old peach cobbler recipe {possibly from my Memaw} that I modified a bit after consulting with my momma. This strawberry cobbler is easy and definitely drool-worthy!

I will have to keep this recipe in mind! The berry farm down the way here opens next month and we are hoping to go! I am a little worried about what we will do with all the berries but this is one thing I can for sure try! Thank you :)

Guess what I’m cooking up right now?!??!! We had gallon and a half of berries left in the fridge from the jam making last week and I’ve got a kid slicing them now! Wanna join us? ;)

Oh, Myra, that was incredible! One of our pastors dropped in last night just as it was cool enough to eat. I felt totally prepared when I asked him if he’d like some fresh strawberry cobbler!

This looks so good! I love peach cobbler! I’ve never thought of making a cobbler with strawberries before. I bet it would be amazing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

I made strawberry cobbler for the first time a couple of summers ago and it is delicious. This is coming from someone who doesn’t really like cobbler.

I’m not a huge cobbler fan myself, but strawberry is delish! I hope you have a wonderful day Micha! :)
