Decorating The Front Porch For Fall
I just want to have you all over for a wonderful chat on my front porch that I just decorated for Fall. We could enjoy some Pumpkin-Cranberry Pecan Bread and sip on apple cider or pumpkin spice coffee {whichever you prefer!}. 🙂 How fun would that be?! In the meantime, we will just have to visit virtually!
Okay, so the mums totally need to bloom, but you get the idea! 🙂
I used the Fall wreath that I made last year. Aren’t the massive sunflowers fab?!
Instead of hanging the fall flower cans from the wreath, like I did last year, I put them beside the door. I used my Ballard Designs Knock Off Garden Stool to give some extra height and style to this area.
Creating these flower cans is so easy! Gather soup cans, foam, silk flowers and grasses, ribbon and hot glue and you’ll be good to go.
{so pretty}
I’ve had this little sign for years. Cuteness.
A few leaves stuffed in an antique aqua ball jar, a candle lantern and a votive decorate my just-made-over bamboo porch table. It’s simple, but it works!
One more beauty shot.
We love this outdoor space. Our front porch is cozy, comfortable and now it looks like Fall. My Fall front porch decorations are simple and very colorful since our circa-1886 home is very neutral.
Do you decorate your front porch for Fall?

How pretty and inviting. Makes me want to come visit you and sit on your porch drinking hot spiced cider! I don’t have a front porch, our deck is on the front of our house. I’m going to ‘borrow’ my husbands wheel barrow and put bundles of straw and pumpkins in it. I also have a bench out there that I’ll probably sit some of my teddy bears on! I’m inspired to get busy on it after seeing your porch!
It is so refreshing. I love it all, but I really like the jar full of leaves. I am sucker for jars. It is an addiction. :0)

Love your porch – it’s so welcoming! I’ve always wanted a porch and in 3 houses we never had one! I do decorate the doorway and put out a bale of straw with pumpkins, etc. Love fall decorating!
I love your cans with flowers!! Super cool idea!
I too, love those adorable cans with the flowers and ribbon. Very cute.
The little dolls are adorable too.

Aww, it’s all lovely, Myra! I particularly love your wreath (it’s very similar to mine, ha!) Kudos to you for already decorating so soon after moving. I moved in February and really had to ‘dig’ to find my Fall stuff, lol.
Dropping by from Rhoda’s party!
I just found your blog through twitter actually… I am a new follower – I love the tin can flowers!!! I might just have to use that one for my front porch… that is when it starts feeling like its fall. I live in So. California and the weather is still in the 90’s and 100’s… summer still feels very much alive and well over here 🙂
Everything for Autumn you have designed is beautiful!! I love your fall decor.
I have hooked up with Julia’s Party as well!
