Corn And Bacon Dip Recipe

by Myra on March 21, 2011

I thought I shared this recipe for corn and bacon dip a long time ago, but when I looked for the recipe I couldn’t find it. So, here it is. My sister introduced me to this lovely dip a few years ago. It is so yummy, easy to make and perfect for Spring!

Corn And Bacon Dip

  • 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegenaise
  • 16 oz sour cream {feel free to use less}
  • Dashes of hot sauce to taste
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder {add more if you love garlic!}
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 package bacon, cooked and crumbled

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mayo, sour cream, hot sauce and garlic powder and mix well. Fold in corn. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Add bacon right before serving!

Serve with tortilla chips or yummy crackers!

Enjoy!

That sounds delicious!! I was going to ask how long that would last in the fridge, but then I thought about the ingredients again and I know that it wouldn’t last more than the day served anyway….LOL!!!

Anxious to try this! I have a recipe for “Black Bean Salsa” that is spicy but soooooo good and fresh tasting. We serve it with Tostitos scoops.
