by Myra Hope

I love homemade soup…the broccoli and cheese and the corn chowder look great. I make soup a lot. Just using stock and emptying out the pantry. It always tastes great. People think I lie when they ask for the recipe and I never can give it to them other than just open cans and throw stuff in until you like it.

I make a mean white bean and chicken chili! It’s a broth-based soup, so it’s really not the type of chili that everyone thinks of. Honestly, now that I think about it, I should call it something else! :) It’s really good though and a staple in our household!

I made the broccoli cheddar soup and it was perfect! It even came out looking pretty like your picture! It was not hard to make and believe me I am no chef when it comes to the kitchen! If I can make it, I think anyone can!! I just followed the instructions and it worked out yummy!
