Friday Fails – The Blank Fax

This past week, I took care of some business things that have been hanging over my head for a while.  {hate that feeling}

I had bills to pay, faxes to fax, mail to send and phone calls to make.

After I got these things checked off my list, I felt so relieved that they were done.  Whew!  It was a good feeling…

I got an email that said:

Just wanted to let you know that I did receive your fax; however a blank form was included. Do you mind completing the form and sending back the signed release?

Are you kidding me?  I faxed a BLANK release form?!? What a crazy I am! {blush}

If you see brain cells for sale anywhere, please let me know. I’m in dire need of a bajillion new ones! Ha!

    Haha! That’s a good one, but I guess it could be worse.

    Oh, shoot… I did something the other day that I thought would make a GREAT Friday Fail… but I can’t remember what! I think I need some brain cells, too.

They are great for that yes?  While he was eating his lunch he called me to tell me that a sticker from one of my feminine product got on his tupperware and he was really grossed out.   What?!?!  I was really confused and had no clue what he was talking about.  That is until he got home.  Yes there was a sticker that said “Ultra thin” on the container but it was in reference to the slice of meat not the later.  They should redo their label not to look so feminine, lol! Fail. […]
