Fattening. Delicious (so I hear). Manly. Yummy. Totally a guy thing.
This is my husband’s favorite go-to snack meal when he has “the guys” over or (blush) when I don’t have dinner fixed. Thankfully, those times are rare.
Tonight, I kindly told him that he was having BBQ nachos for dinner because I needed to blog about it! He was more than happy to oblige! Ha!
My sweet hubs built his BBQ nachos and enjoyed every bite.
BBQ Nachos
- Tortilla Chips
- Taco Meat (optional)
- Shredded Cheese
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Barbecue Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s is the best!)
Cover your plate with tortilla chips. Sprinkle with taco meat and cheese. Microwave to heat and melt cheese. Top with salsa, sour cream and barbecue sauce.
Enjoy! You will probably need multiple napkins!
