My favorite way to cook is fast, easy and delicious! This meal brings it all! Not to mention that I lurve my crockpot…dinner just got really easy!
Our favorite “go-to” dinner menu…
- Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts — Place chicken breasts in slow cooker with salt, a little butter, a little water, McCormick’s Roasted Garlic and Herb GrillMates Seasoning. Cook on low for about 6 hours.
- Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes — Wash and slice potatoes, place in baking dish with a dash of salt and sprinkle with olive oil (and honey, if you like that). Bake for 30-40 minutes on 400 degrees or until soft.
- Oven Roasted Vegetables — We love zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, eggplant and mushrooms. I always add minced garlic as well. Place all veggies in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on how crisp or “done” you prefer your vegetables!
I love how fast and easy this meal is. The chicken is always super tender and juicy. Enjoy!

Myra, it is so funny that you mention that chicken seasoning. We go through TONS of that stuff. I put it on almost everything, and my family and guests always comment on how good it tastes.
