Good morning, beautiful people! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We celebrated my Memaw's 97th birthday on Saturday and then just did normal weekend stuff...with a Hobby Lobby trip slipped in. It was glorious! Y'all know that I love creating handmade-diy home decor, crafts and gifts for others, right? Well, there's a point...a goal...behind the love that I have for doing things myself. It's the legacy of handmade. I am passionate about this ...

Family Photos {Spring 2012}
We always like to use special occasions to snap a few family photos. One of those special occasions was this past Sunday. We coordinated our clothes a little bit - coral, blue and white. I adore this one. Ridley's going to be such a sweet big brother. Cutie patootie! I found this sweet smocked outfit at a consignment sale last year for less than $10! Cool dude. Ridley tripped and skinned his elbow on the concrete sidewalk. Poor baby! ...
Our Fab Anniversary Trip!
Happy Thursday to ya! I thought I would share a bit about our very short anniversary getaway this past weekend. It was lovely and went by too fast, but by Saturday noon, we were ready to head toward home. :) We stayed at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel at Ross Bridge in Birmingham. We've stayed there before, but it's just a fabulous, quiet location. Our room was identical to the one above...the only difference is that the pillow on our bed ...
Taking A Short Bloggy Vaca
Hey y'all! I just want to say a HUGE thank you for your friendship, support and kindness to me here at My Blessed Life. I am truly blessed with the best readers on the planet. Y'all aren't going to be online much in the next couple of weeks anyway, right? :) Get off ...
Our 4th Of July
We had a such a fun 4th of July! I thought you might like to see a few pictures from the day. My sister and I got two hours of fun shopping in early and then I headed home to get some things done before our annual church picnic. We managed to get a decent family picture. Of course, Ridley's not smiling much, but at least he was looking toward the camera {if not, at it}! Ha! The church picnic was such a wonderful time of food, fun and ...
Memaw’s House!
As y'all know, family is one of the most important things in the world to me. I am so so thankful for the amazing family that God has blessed me with. With Mother's Day right around the corner, I thought I would share some pictures from my Memaw's house that I took a few weeks ago. I love Memaw's house. It's so unique and cozy....er, I mean that it's at least 85 degrees...year round! Ha! For holidays we always gather at Memaw's and sometimes ...
