E-Mealz Giveaway {3 Winners!}
Happy Friday! Today’s giveaway is brought to you by E-Mealz! Have you heard of E-Mealz? It is a premier menu planning system created by two sisters who were frustrated by the challenge of coming up with healthy, budget-conscious meals for their own families.
Launched in 2003, the E-Mealz program provides a consistent and reliable approach to food budgeting by factoring the weekly cost of ingredients into each menu plan. Menus are created around a budget of $75 per week for families and $35 per week for couples.
Pretty cool, right?
E-Mealz creates new dinner menus every week designed around grocery store sales, seasonal specials and diet preferences.
For as low as $5.00 per month, subscribers download a recipe plan for the week with a matching aisle-by-aisle grocery list. The easy-to-follow recipes usually contain fewer than seven ingredients to allow for prep times of less than 30 minutes.
- Delicious family friendly recipes
- Ingredients bought on special and/or at the best price available
- An easy and stress free home-cooked dinner
- Inspiration on their blog
- Precious moments with the most special people in your life
Today, E-Mealz is giving away…THREE – 3 month subscriptions!!

This is just what I need! I am so tired of meal planning. Lately it seems that we are having the same meals over and over. I’d opt for the budget family plan- either Aldi or Kroger since I shop at both as well as local stores.

OMGee. I really need this because it’s just the Hubs and I. We NEVER know what to make for dinner and end up wasting lots of money on fast, or prepakaged food. I’ve almost forgotten how to cook. I’m interested in the cooking for two, and in saving money while eating better.
