E-Mealz Giveaway {3 Winners!}

Happy Friday!  Today’s giveaway is brought to you by E-Mealz!  Have you heard of E-Mealz? It is a premier menu planning system created by two sisters who were frustrated by the challenge of coming up with healthy, budget-conscious meals for their own families.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY WITH E-MEALZ MEAL PLANS

Launched in 2003, the E-Mealz program provides a consistent and reliable approach to food budgeting by factoring the weekly cost of ingredients into each menu plan. Menus are created around a budget of $75 per week for families and $35 per week for couples.

Pretty cool, right?

E-Mealz creates new dinner menus every week designed around grocery store sales, seasonal specials and diet preferences.

For as low as $5.00 per month, subscribers download a recipe plan for the week with a matching aisle-by-aisle grocery list. The easy-to-follow recipes usually contain fewer than seven ingredients to allow for prep times of less than 30 minutes.

E-Mealz strives to provide…

  • Delicious family friendly recipes
  • Ingredients bought on special and/or at the best price available
  • An easy and stress free home-cooked dinner
  • Inspiration on their blog
  • Precious moments with the most special people in your life

  1. I would try the low-fat and natural/organic meals for 2. I can lose weight and get my hubby to eat healthier!

  2. I would choose the family of 4 on a budget that shops at WalMart. sounds perfect for my family. thanks for a great giveaway.

  3. OMGee. I really need this because it’s just the Hubs and I. We NEVER know what to make for dinner and end up wasting lots of money on fast, or prepakaged food. I’ve almost forgotten how to cook. I’m interested in the cooking for two, and in saving money while eating better.

  4. I would choose the regular meals for 2. I think this is a great give away, as it is difficult to think of different meals every day. After a while I begin to think only of the ones we really like, and I can’t serve those few meals all the time. Thanks for hosting this.

  5. I like this idea. I would choose the portion control. My husband and I are trying to eat right. I hate to eat fruits and vegetables and drink water. Needless to say, we need the help. I am not an imaginative cook. I go like them on Facebook too and see if I will have another chance to win! Thanks for showing this to me!

  6. I would love to give the EzMeals a try…for free! 🙂 Sounds like fun to have our meals planned out for us.

  7. i would do family. our budget has shrunk, food has gone up. we dont live near aldis. its actually scary to go shopping and try and do meals for 2 weeks at a time

  8. i would pick ALDI Meal Plan for Two bc i love saving money at ALDI. BUT i wish there was a low sodium category and i might have gone with that so i could cook more for my mom. she doesn’t cook much anymore and low sodium is hard to find in prepared foods. thanks though for all the other great categories.

  9. I would go for the low fat specialty menu for two because we are on a budget and trying to prepare for a baby 🙂

  10. I liked them on Facebook and would love to win the couple plan with the low carb option! Thanks, Ang

  11. I would love to win this contest, just the great boost I need to kickstart my diet plans and budget for the new year. I would choose the $35.99 / 2 a week.
    thanks so much,
    Marian

  13. How awesome! 🙂 Sometimes meal planning is draining and tiring so this is a great idea for when you need a break or are having a busy season of life! I’m interested in the Natural & Organic Family Plan (but wondering if it would be higher weekly budget?) or the Regular Family Meal Plan. creedamy {at} yahoo {dot} com

  14. I would try the Aldi or Walmart Family Plan. My only problem would be that there are currently 7 in my family with another one coming in August!

  15. This is seriously an answer to prayer. I have been saying how I wish I would have someone to tell me what to eat and what I need to make it. And HERE IT IS!!! (Grocery list with sales included!) Thank you so much for sharing this with your readers! I am going to subscribe to the portion control plan. SO SUPER EXCITED!!!

  17. I am going to sign-up for the portion control plan, but would love win an extra 3 months! This is an awesome idea. I look forward to one less battle in the day, trying to figure out what to cook for dinner!

  18. I decided I would give it a go and joined. Since I don’t have any of their listed stores besides Aldi and Walmart, I chose Wal-Mart portion control. We’ll see how it goes!

  19. This would be great! I have such a hard time meal planning and any help would be AWESOME! What a great company. I would use the Walmart family plan.

  21. well the only store we have nearby is Walmart & that is not my favorite place to buy, so not sure if I could make it work with my local small town grocery store of not? Would like the natural & organic meals – no allergies, large family….

  22. What a great idea. I always have good intentions for meal planning but by the end of the week, I seem to be off course. I would love to give this a try – hope I win!

  23. I would like to try the “regular meals” for a family at “any other store” — seems like it would have the best flexibility. Thanks for the chance to try this — sounds wonderful!

  24. I would use the on a diet right now and then I think I would move into the 1 or 2 dinner meals! Thanks for the chance to win!

  25. I really want to try the family plan with my grocery being Wal-mart. I live out in the country with my husband and four sons. Cooking is not really my thing and I hate staring at the fridge at 4:00 wondering what on earth I will be making for dinner. I have been searching for something exactly like this! I hope I win!!
