Have You Heard…

Of Uppercase Living?

I had not heard of this wonderful company until one my dear friends hosted an Uppercase Living Party. One party “did it” for me. I would love to have UL products in every room in my house, seriously.

Uppercase Living is a company that produces vinyl wall expressions. The fabulous thing is that you don’t have to put the expressions on the wall. I applied an expression to a piece of MDF that I had cut at Home Depot for $0.50! I’m planning on making a couple Christmas gifts with expressions and shadow box picture frames from Hobby Lobby.

Each expression is available in different sizes and a host of color options. There is also a program online where you can custom design any expression that you can imagine.

Some Uppercase expressions are available in two coordinating colors — called 2-part expressions. I haven’t put any of these up in my home yet, but recently, I had a UL party and ordered some 2-part expressions. The order just arrived, so I can hardly wait to get more expressions up in our home. Since we are planning on selling our house in the near future, any expressions that I put up will be on boards, plates, platters or tiles that I can take with me when we move.

The expressions are not re-usable, so Prince Charming has promised that I can purchase new ones for our new house (wherever and whenever that might be). Isn’t he sweet?!

My sweet Uppercase Living consultant gave me this tile as a hostess gift for having a party. I wasn’t in love with the font of the “Y” at first, but it is growing on me. I found the iron stand at TJMaxx and now it is decorating a chest in our bedroom.

I’ll be sure to post about the other expressions and what I do with them! You should definitely check out Uppercase Living online!

  1. I love the one in your bedroom, surrounded by honeymoon photos. What a great idea and how special it must be to have in there!

Once we have a home I might have to check out UL and get some things to decorate with!

    Thanks for sharing 🙂

  2. I love, love, love, did I mention love these! They are so pretty. The one on MDF is such a good idea.

  3. I love that stuff! I have seen stuff kind of like that before and considered trying to make it myself. I think I will check out their site. It would be much easier! Thank for the info!

  4. I love upper case living! I have a "Welcome" for our front door and also, "By Grace Thru Faith" in our bedroom. I bought a cheaper script for our bathroom from Kohls, but love the writing on the walls! I also painted "Every perfect and precious gift is from above. James 1:17" in Jackson's room. (that was before I heard of UpperCase Living) 🙂 Thanks for sharing

  5. I love how you put the expression on a board–it gives it extra punch (and will make it easy to move). I'd never heard of UL, I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

  7. I'm pretty sure you just introduced me to one of my new favorites! I love it!
We live in an apartment and most monograms/decals are meant for walls, which won't work for us. But UL has SO many ideas for other applications. I love it!

  8. I love these! These would look great on our wall. I'd have to make them not permanent as we are still renting.
