My Newest Love–Beco Butterfly 2

This week is absolutely insane. I still feel so behind on my blog and bloggy friends. So sad about that!

My sister and I are preparing for a yardsale that starts tomorrow…..Ahhhhh! So, I’ve been frantically cleaning out closets, drawers, the attic and garage. How did we accumulate all this junk? I hope that my “junk” is someone else’s treasure! Ha!

I’ve also been on a huge baby food making kick. So far I’ve made prunes, applesauce, pearsauce, peas with flax and bananas. I have sweet potatoes in the crockpot and I’m planning on doing avocados this afternoon. Hopefully in the not-too-distant future I will show you how I made all this cheap and healthy baby food…Stay tuned for that!

Okay, on to what I love today!

In case you didn’t know this about me…I love wearing my baby. I purchased an apple green (yummy!) Maya Wrap ring sling a few months ago. I love wearing Ridley in it! I’ve worn him in the Maya to the grocery store, to clients’ homes and just around the house. The only drawback for me was that I didn’t really feel like I could do a lot of bending because the ring sling isn’t attached around the waist. So, if I carefully bent over to pick something up the sling and baby would swing away from my body…not a comforting feeling!

I started researching slings like the Ergo. There are SO many good things about an Ergo. But the interior design part of me, just couldn’t get one because they’re not pretty. How insane am I? You can tell me, really!

So, I kept looking and I found the Beco Butterfly 2. The reviews were great and they are incredibly beautiful with so many classy fabrics to choose from! These were right up my alley! Since I use Swagbucks incessantly, I saw that they were offering a $5.00 gift card to Euphoria Baby. It turns out that Euphoria Baby sells the Beco Butterfly 2. They were also offering free shopping for orders over $50.00.

So, I splurged and bought the Beco. I was a little worried since I hadn’t ever touched one…much less tried one on. I’m glad I took the risk because I L.O.V.E my Beco! It arrived just in time for our 10 day trip to camp and I loved every minute of wearing Ridley in it. He fell asleep in it every time. Prince Charming wore him in the Beco during a hike and it was comfortable for him as well.

My sister loved wearing Ridley in the Beco too!!
