Everyone LOVES these brownies. I make them for youth activities, parties and potlucks. These brownies quick and easy to make and the “goo” is just delectable!

I have a little brownie secret and I’m going to share it with you! Are you ready?
Yes, it’s Betty Crocker, my friends!
But, there’s a catch!
Quick And Easy Gooey Brownies
- Two boxes Betty Crocker Brownie Mix (Hershey’s Chocolate Chunk)
- 5 Tablespoons water
- 3/4 – 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
You will notice that I just tweak the water, oil and eggs.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir all ingredients until well blended.
Pour in glass 13×9 baking dish.
Bake 30-35 minutes until center is set and edges are pulling away from the pan. A toothpick inserted will come out gooey…well, because the brownies are gooey.
Goo is good. :)
Cool brownies completely. Then cut with a plastic spatula or knife…like this…
It works like magic!
Your friends will thank you for the gooey decadence and your hips will thank you when you bring home an empty plate. Ha!

Yes ma’am! You got it!
haha – these box brownies were onsale buy 1 get 1 free before Christmas. So – I made a ton for each of our neighbors. I added powdered sugar to the top – and everyone thanked us.
a month later one neighbor kept raving about the brownies that she needed the recipe. I laughed and told her it was a secret. She said she ate the last of them with her French pastry chef friend – and she thought they were the best brownies she ever had.
Now – 9 months later, every time the neighbor sees me – SHE BRINGS UP THE BROWNIES! I am so embarrassed now – I can’t possibly tell her they are from a box. So of course – my husband cracks up howling with laughter how great a cook I am! =(

Do you think if you put oreos in the middle of these it would work/still be the same baking time. Also, you said 2 boxes of mix but the directions were for one box of mix so would it be 5 tablespoons water and 3/4 cup water and 3 eggs for one box or both boxes?
