Peach-Cranberry Salad

by Myra on August 23, 2010

We are loving the delicious peaches that are in season right now. Yum! I made a lettuce salad a few nights ago and a few combined ingredients exploded in my mouth. So, I made up a “recipe” to share with you.

Peach-Cranberry Salad

  • Fresh peaches, sliced
  • Craisins
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Combine peaches, craisins, sunflower seeds and cheese. Sprinkle with dressing.  Toss.

Enjoy!

*Just eyeball the ingredients. ;)
