Yoplait Frozen Smoothies (& A Giveaway!)

by Myra on January 20, 2010

One of my favorite breakfast “foods” is a smoothie. I love green spinach smoothies (tastes way better than it sounds!) and fruit smoothies. Smoothies are very filling, but incredibly healthy too.

When My Blog Spark contacted me to review Yoplait’s new Frozen Smoothies, I jumped at the opportunity to try it out! There are two flavors – Strawberry Banana and Triple Berry.  I chose the Triple Berry, added 1 cup of milk and boy, it was SO good!  My hubby agreed too.  He licked his lips and said, “Yum!”

One Yoplait Frozen Smoothie provides:

  • One full serving of fruit!
  • Antioxidant Vitamin C
  • Live and Active Cultures
  • Calcium (milk)
  • Only 110 calories, so it makes a tasty, healthy breakfast or snack!

Be sure to print a coupon to save $1.25 off one Yoplait Frozen Smoothie!

To make a smoothie, you’ve gotta have a blender, right?  My Blog Spark sent me the cutest, little single serve blender by Hamilton Beach!  I love that you can drink straight from the canister with a handy-dandy travel lid!  The canister fits in most car cup holders, so you can make a smoothie and head out the door.

Pretty sweet, right??

So sweet, in fact, that I have a Yoplait Frozen Smoothie Gift Pack to give away to one of you – my sweet readers!!

I love a full out hearty breakfast of hashbrowns, eggs, sausage or bacon…but most mornings that just doesn’t happen! I usually resort to toast w/ jelly. There is way to much to get done to slow down and cook a huge breakfast! My husband and I love smoothies…I am just terrible at making up recipes for them though. The mixes are usually too expensive so we just ditch the idea of smoothies at all. I love the blender in this giveaway. I love how “on the go” friendly it is!
