Give Truth: Children’s Book Set {Giveaway!}

Are y’all still with me?  This has been a ca-ray-zay month full of giveaways with the 30-Day Giving Challenge.  If you’re wishing I would get back to decorating and crafting, don’t worry because I’m working like mad on some projects that you’re going to LOVE! {swoon}

In the meantime, I have three more giveaways with the 30-Day Giving Challenge, so hang tight and we will get through them!

Today’s sponsor is New Leaf Publishing who have fulled the mission of glorifying God through the power of the printed word for over thirty-five years.  New Leaf Publishing is over Master Books (apologetics, creation science), New Leaf Press (Christian living, inspiration) and Attic Books (Christian reference books from the 18th century).

I come from a family of book lovers.  My Dad lovingly calls us “bookmongers.”  Both my husband and I love reading and learning and we want to instill that love in Ridley. I read to Ridley often and while I get a LOT of our books at yard sales and thrift stores, it’s very important to us that he gains a knowledge of truth. Yes, even at 2 years old.

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

New Leaf Publishing sent me a fabulous Children’s Book Gift Set that includes:

And I bet you’ll never guess what?  New Leaf Publishing also has a Children’s Book Gift Set for one of you to use or donate! 🙂

  1. We loved the Secret Garden. It led to us building a little secret garden for the kids to hide in. 🙂 Being a homeschool mom we go through tons of books and love them. Thanks for the opportunity.

  2. Darn! I want to enter this contest but I have to name one favorite book? Not sure I can narrow it down. I’ll say for now that the Frog & Toad books are fun to read. Thanks for the great giveaway!

  3. I don’t know if I could narrow down books to a favorite. Our tastes tend to change like the wind, but one thing we all tend to gravitate toward is humorous picture books and exciting adventure stories.

  4. Wow..how do I pick?? We truly LOVE a book called “Hush little one”. It’s a story set to the tune of Hush little baby don’t you cry, but instead tells of Jesus’ love and how he takes care of all things through the night.

  5. our 20 month old LOVES LOVES LOVES “Stand Tall Molly Lou Melon” (about being yourself no matter what) and “Mr. Hacker” (about a lonely old man who finds companionship when he takes care of a cat and dog). We read them over and over and over and over and over….

  6. thanks for the opportunity to win! we’ve been reading “fool moon rising” a lot right now so I guess that’s our current fave

  7. We love so many books too…my current fav is Alexander and the terrible horrible no good very bad day.

  8. Wow! My favorite children’s book? Changes all the time. Currently it is the Character Sketches books. My children love them so I love them! 🙂

  9. It’s so hard to pick just one – my 2 year old has been asking to read “Goodnight Moon” over and over lately – so today, that’s my favorite!

  10. So many great kids books!!

    “Good night moon” is a classic… We are reading “Guess How Much I Love You” a lot lately! And my kids really enjoy the Jesus Storybook Bible

  11. I have this book of fairy tails from when I was a kid that my mom used to read to me. Some of the stories didn’t have happy endings like “the little match girl” but I cherish that book. I think it helped to teach me empathy.

  12. It’s so hard to pick one favorite children’s book, but my daughter and I both loved the Rhyme Bible for toddlers.

  13. One of our favorite kids books is “Joyful Noise My Bedtime Anytime StoryBook” by V. Gilbert Beers put out by Nelson. It’s great, full of character-trait stories!
