Sunday Meditations – Redeemer
I’ve loved this song for many years. Today, I heard it on the radio and I’ve been humming it ever since.
The words – simple.
The message – profound.
There Is A Redeemer
There is a Redeemer,
Jesus, God’s own Son,
Precious Lamb of God, Messiah,
Holy One,
Jesus my redeemer,
Name above all names,
Precious Lamb of God, Messiah,
Oh, for sinners slain.
Thank you oh my Father,
For giving us Your Son,
And leaving Your Spirit,
‘Til the work on Earth is done.
When I stand in Glory,
I will see His face,
And there I’ll serve my King forever,
In that Holy Place.

“But this man {Christ}, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God.” Hebrews 10:12
The work which saves is done.
Rejoice. Praise. Sing. Love. Adore.
Lovely. Puts me in the mood for church in the morning. Thank you for posting. Now I can have this awesome song stuck in my head too (in a good way)
