$5 Dinner Cookbook & A Giveaway

If you have read my blog for very long, you know that I don’t love to cook near as much as my sister – who is an amazing cook, by the way.  But you also know that when I cook I like recipes that I can tweak.  I guess I just like to experiment in the kitchen!

When I opened my $5 Dinner cookbook for the first time, it felt like I had found the cookbook of my dreams.  Seriously, the grocery shopping tips, couponing tips and budgeting tips are fabulous!  My very favorite part is that the recipes are easy and they don’t have one million ingredients!

Since I’ve already planned a month of dinners, I’m waiting until February to try out some $5 Dinner recipes.  I can hardly wait to try: Homemade Basic White Sauce (in place of cream soups), Creamy Tortellini, all the various Pizza recipes, Rosemary Orange Chicken and Curried Pumpkin Soup – to name just a very, very few!
