Menu Plan – New Year’s Week
It’s that time again! Time to plan what we’re going to eat, so that we don’t go hungry (or out to eat!) We had a wonderful Christmas with our families and lots and lots of food. I’ve thought several times that we could probably just fast for a week and be totally healthy! Ha!
But just so my hungry guys have something to put in their bottomless pits tummies, here’s what we’re eating this week…
- Monday: Chicken Fajitas (skipped the last 2 weeks!)
- Tuesday: Twice Baked Potatoes
- Wednesday: Spicy Chicken and Rice Casserole
- Thursday: New Year’s Party – Smoked Turkey, Buffalo Wings, Texas American Dip and Sausage Balls to name some of the yummy-ness that will be around here!
- Friday: Ham and Bean Soup
I’m also really excited to participate in the Eat From The Pantry Challenge hosted by Crystal and FishMama. I can’t wait to see how many meals I can come up with before going to the grocery store in January! I’ll keep you posted on this somewhat “scary” challenge!

I'm afraid my pantry isn't stocked enough to be much of a participant. I'd probably last a week at most. 😉
