Not Me Monday Insanity!
Time for the weekly therapy session! I don’t know if it’s more helpful for me or more scarring for you, my readers!! Any idea that you may have about my spectacular homemaking capacities can now be brought down to where the rubber meets the road…exactly where I live…
We do not live in an imperfect house! Nope, our house is always so clean you could eat off the floor…not! That would be bad!
We never have undone dishes! I have NO idea where this photo was taken…or how it even got in this post???? Those poor people must live in such a pig pen! I would NEVER let my house look like that! We will no further discuss the vast expanse of (not) empty countertops on either side of this picture…and my sheer embarrassment at showing what the kitchen REALLY looked like! Eek! This never happens at my house! Nope, not me!
This past week, while eating at a local Mexican restaurant, Prince Charming and I did not feed our Little Man a “more-green-than-ripe” banana. This banana most certainly did not cause Little Man’s plumbing to “un-hum.” Definitely not to the extent of “un-humming” for 3 days…nope! We would not have a clue what “humming” vs. “un-humming” would be like! The “un-humming” went on for such an extended time (and after MANY prunes) that I did not send Prince Charming to Walgreens at quite a late hour for a cure. He did not bring the most wonderful relief for Little Man in the form of glycerin suppositories. After only 1/2 of a suppository was used, Little Man’s plumbing did not find such incredible, sweet “humming” once again. We will not go into the details of the “re-hum” but it was loads…um, yeah. This would never happen at our house and certainly not to us as newbie parents! Nope! Not us!
