My Mix ‘n Chop

Have you ever browned ground beef, turkey or sausage and had huge, stubborn chunks that seemed relentless to break apart? I always dreaded browning meat in the microwave or on the stove because it annoyed me to break up the chunks with a spoon. Argh! So, when my sister and I hosted a Pampered Chef party last December, we learned about this amazing, inexpensive tool that is easy to use. It has chunk exploding miracle powers! Ha!
