Yard Sale Lovelies

Like I told you last week, we spent a recent weekend in Indy where I went antiquing with Sarah.  I also got to visit with my friend Jen who drove 40 minutes, so we could go yard sale-ing together.  We had so much fun together.  Jen bought some clothes and home decor and I found a few decor items.

I scored this tin bucket and tray for $1.00 each! 🙂

And this beautiful tablecloth for $1.00.  Isn’t the lace amazing?!

My favorite find is this set of 12 hammered brass napkin rings.  I LOVE them!  I’m not sure if I’ll spray paint them or leave them brass.  The hammered finish helps them not be too brassy, so I might just leave them alone. 🙂

Saturday evening we  met up at Longhorn Steakhouse for dinner. It was such a fun, fun time! 🙂  Thanks Jen so much for hanging out with me and for putting up with my yard sale craziness. 😉

Did you go yard sale-ing this weekend?

I’m linking up to Thrifty Treasures!

  1. Wow you did a great job! You always find the neatest goodies to bring home. I can’t wait to weasel my way through some of the old Charleston spots for some goodies of my own. I’m just ichin’ to get out there.

  2. Glad you got to meet up with some friends while in Indy. Hoping to make it to Midland Antiques sometime. Actually, the ladies at church were all talking about making it a “girls only” antique trip. Love your finds.
