Do you wear a smile? Or do you wear a sad face most of the time? I’ve been told that I smile too much, but I love it. Smiles are contagious and one of the best medicines for a sad heart.
Why do I smile so much?
“Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God, for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God.”
Psalm 42:11
Because of HIM. HE makes me smile and He makes my soul dance!

This is one of my favorite verses! And one I try to remember when I don’t always feel like smiling…..cause no matter what’s happening I always still have Him. And that’s enough to make anyone happy.

I love this post!
It’s so important for us as Christians to have a countenance of joy. Of course we all have our bad days, but even when we’re not happy the Lord gives us joy in being His children! Oh, and you have a great smile by the way!
