I’m definitely not quite all ready for Blissdom, but the “business” part of me is ready to go! I’m thrilled with the way my business cards turned out. Joy at Five J’s Design did an amazing job, both on my new blog design and my cards! I love them!
The cute little wallet is from Bagel Creations. I’m very pleased with the quality and of course, the fabric makes my heart go pitter pat. Seriously. It does!
A few days ago, I asked Connie if it was okay with her if I tried my hand at making a laptop sleeve similar to the one she made for Amy. She said, “Go for it!” I found an awesome tutorial from Sew, Mama, Sew! and came up with this!
I bought the fabrics and ribbon at Hobby Lobby, of course! It took about 3 hours to make – not bad at all in my book!
I’m putting my perfectionist side away and just dealing with the fact that it’s done, though imperfect. Maybe I’m the only one who will notice that I accidentally cut off a piece of ribbon. Bah!
I love bright and happy things, so these “business” things are just perfect! And just in time for Blissdom!

Myra, the cards do look great! I am also loving the wallet and laptop bag. I saw Amy’s, at her site. You did great making it all by yourself. I am so impressed!!!
I told Amy and I will tell you too, I am SO JEALOUS all my bloggy friends will be at Blissdom without me. I know you will have a wonderful time. I am so glad you have the opportunity to go.
