Thanksgiving Week!

/

Happy Monday! I am so excited about this activity packed week ahead. This season is my absolute favorite time of year.

It’s the together-ness that I love and that I crave.

And hospitality too. Having people here makes me happy because that’s what this house knows. Memaw and Granddaddy always welcomed everyone into their home for a meal, for holidays – we used to gather for just about every single holiday imaginable.

These days it’s a bit harder to get everyone together, but we try. And it’s always worth it.

My to-do list is a little daunting this week, so the blog is going to be a bit more quiet than normal. But y’all, it’s the important things that take priority sometimes – family, holidays, traditions, loving on real life people.

Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE y’all, my dear blog readers. But I want y’all to be relaxing, off-line and loving on the people around you too. 🙂

This week I will be…

  • decorating
  • shopping
  • cleaning
  • organizing
  • cooking
  • baking
  • loving
  • making my Black Friday shopping list
  • working out {because I don’t need any extra holiday food poundage!}
  • and probably something else {or a million other “something else’s”} that I’m forgetting.

Does your to-do list look something like that?

I am so thankful for each of you who read this lil’ blog. Your comments and emails make me smile big.

I hope you have a wonderful, WONDERFUL week enjoying those closest to you. Be thankful and love BIG!

xoxo
