Today it is time for a tour!! Squeeeee!  To make it easier to navigate I’m loading up all my Christmas posts {so far} into this post. So click away and enjoy!

Since our home is on the market I’ve kept the major Christmas decorations to a minimum, so this is our front door from last year.

Welcome to our home! Won’t you sit down and have a mug of delicious hot chocolate with a stick of peppermint?

I had so. much. fun. decorating our mantel this year. I wasn’t going to decorate at all since we may be moving before Christmas. But I got inspired, so I did it.  And I’m so happy I did!

I love this mantel and can’t stop looking at it.

I will miss this architectural feature of this house the most.

A dear friend and I got together one afternoon and made two of these fabulous wreaths. They were easy and incredibly frugal!

After I caved and decorated the mantel, I caved again and decorated my apple green vanity desk in the foyer.  I guess I got bitten by the Christmas-decorating-bug and just couldn’t stop.

  4. When I think of Christmas, I feel warm all over. I see the beautiful Christmas lights adorning our home and I smell the delicious Christmas cake that was carefully prepared and baked slowly filling our home with the smell of cinnamon, raisen and rum. I feel the comforting hugs of my friends and family as we get together often to celebrate the season.

    1. My friend got them from her neighbor’s yard. If you know someone with a pine tree, just ask if you can pick up some cones. 🙂 I think craft stores also sell pinecones. Hope that helps!
