I Did Not Do That!

This past week my sister and I taught two coupon classes — absolute insanity! We did not drive through the boonies for 30 minutes to get to one class location. As soon as we arrived in the parking lot, I did not *gasp* as I realized that I most definitely had not forgotten my laptop (which was incredibly necessary to insure that that the power point would work correctly.) I certainly did not start to cry because I’m much more emotionally stable than that. Instead, I began laughing when Ridley (from the back seat) giggled at me. As if he knew that I had done something dumb! Maybe he did?! I would never, ever forget an important part of “pulling” an event off. And I’m sure that my son, would never laugh at my plight. Humph! Nope, not me!

In our trips back and forth between the afore-mentioned class location, we did not take three different roads and yet we arrived safe and sound and in the right place. Nope, this seriously wasn’t the boondocks…must have been near Rome because “all roads lead to Rome.” Ha!

Because of the busy-ness of the past week, my dishes have not piled up and the garbage is not overflowing. Never at our house!

In my desperation to get Ridley to sleep through the night, I did not purchase canned baby food meat. This so-called meat did not smell like cat food at all. It actually smelled like a wonderful grilled steak. Not! The smelly meat was not so bad that I totally did not gag as I changed repeated dirty diapers. Nope, not me!

I will never, ever buy that gross stuff to feed my baby! Promise.
