Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cookies

/

Good morning, beautiful people! I have a treat for y’all today! I created a delicious, EASY cookie with two of my favorite flavors – salted caramel and peanut butter! Drool.  This recipe couldn’t be easier. The cookie is three ingredients {no joke!} and the salted caramel is an amazing addition. If there’s any leftover caramel you can just lick it right out of the pan.

These Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cookies are perfect for unexpected guests or just for an afternoon pick-me-up. If you want to impress your family and friends, just make these upscale PB cookies. Don’t tell how easy they are! 😉

Are you going to go make these right now? Or what? You won’t regret it…unless you’re on a diet. Ahem. 😉

  1. I tried these this afternoon. Yum! I used heavy cream instead of milk and omitted the powdered sugar in the carmel and it turned out fine. I brewed pot of coffee and put that leftover caramel to good use!

  2. I’ve never used turbinado, but I’ve heard others have success using coarse sweeteners in recipes by grinding the sweetener in a clean coffee grinder, blender, or mini processor.
These cookies sound wonderful! Hope to try them soon!
