Mint Chocolate Brownies

/

This recipe for Mint Chocolate Brownies isn’t health food – trust me. But it’s a family tradition for this time of year, so I just had to make them and share the recipe with you. 🙂  I cringed when I realized how much sugar is in them. Yikes, but once a year isn’t a bad deal. Besides, when you take them to a friend’s house or give most of them away, it’s really okay.

  1. When I read the title of your post in my inbox I immediately thought “No wonder she calls her blog: my blessed life” ahahahaah

They look wonderful and if you cut them in small pieces they’ll soothe the guilty… if you’re feeling guilty. I know I won’t 😛

    Merry Christmas and Thank You!
Teresa´s last blog post ..Good Morning

  2. Those look SO yummy! Love a good chocolatey brownie. As for the sugar, I’m sure you could cut it back to 1 1/2 c. without noticing any difference in taste or texture. I almost always cut sugar back by 1/4-1/2 c. in recipes and have not noticed any difference. And I even love sweets! 🙂

  3. Made these tonight for our church Christmas program. They were awesome! I do have to say I was a little lazy. I used a box for the brownies and then used the mint frosting. I will definitely be keeping this recipe. Thank you. Have a very blessed Christmas.

  4. FINALLY! I’ve been trying all different brownie recipes in search for “the keeper.” These are PERFECT! Oh, I’m so happy. Thank you!
