My mom is on a mission trip to Belarus. This is the verse I prayed over her and her group the day before they left. Such a promise from such an AWESOME God! Another scripture I like is 1 Chronicles 16:8-36 (David’s Prayer of Praise).

I love this! Our pastor said during one of his sermons, that if we think about it, worry and fear are like a mild form of atheism. Boy, did that convict me right in my seat! worrying is like a hobby with me… I’m trying to be better about it. This is inspirational. Thanks!

This is not always easy to do because we humans like to believe that we are somehow in control. Thanks for the reminder that our fears and worries are best turned over to God even when we are sure He isn’t listening!
I love that verse Myra! and yes I do fear sometimes too but I’m trying to give it to Jesus.
