My 2nd 5k Experience {Vlog}

I ran my second 5k on Saturday morning despite odds that would have normally incapacitated me. Instead of writing about my incredible experience, I decided to vlog {video} it because I wanted you to not only read words, but to see and hear it too.

Have you had a totally “God’s strength” experience?

  1. What a great testimony! Thanks for sharing it. I do remember so clearly after the birth of my twins (my 1st babies) that I was hiding in the bathroom and told God that I just couldn’t do this. I was in pain, tired, scared, etc. And I suddenly just rose up, physically and spiritually, and realized that was the point. I needed Him. It’s a lesson that I re-learn often. He’s awesome!

  2. Go Myra! With Faith as small as a mustard seed we can move mountains, and sometimes it’s hard to find that. You used that Faith to call upon the Lord, and He strengthened you! Thanks for sharing! Now go take a nice long nap!

  3. Thanks for sharing this Myra! How awesome that He gave you the strength you needed and what a wonderful mom you have!

  5. I am so proud of you girl! 🙂 I’m so sorry that I wasn’t there to witness it.. but sounds as if He did exactly what you needed Him to do.!! Praise God… now, do you see why I am so pumped about running? In my strength I can do none of this madness.. but He uses it mightily in my walk with him. SO proud of you and grateful for your testimony!! Keep it up gorgeous!

  9. Great experience! Thank you for sharing! The Lord is so good and patient with us, isn’t He? While we worry and question, He is there ready to give us His strength and to be our Rock. I, myself, have had an experience like that…where I knew that I could absolutely not do something on my own strength so I prayed and He, once again, showed me His love. God is good and I’m glad He was able to get you through this experience! 🙂
