Hey Marci! I don’t have a recipe for pulled bbq. We have a fabulous bbq restaurant (local chain) where we always get the bbq turkey or pork. I wish I could help more!

Oh what a great idea! And this way you don’t have to wait for the potatoes to bake in the oven! Oh, I am sooo going to try this. I have 10 lbs of potatoes in the basement just waiting for me to use them up.

We had your stuffed baked potatoes a couple wks ago, everyone loved them. I’ve never heard of putting meat (except bacon) and BBQ sauce in potatoes. We will have to give these a try.
