Pink Lemonade Pie

/

When I saw that one of my Facebook friends was making a pink lemonade pie, I knew I had to have the recipe! And I was not disappointed! Except that I didn’t follow the recipe. You know, I totally despise following recipes.

Instead of pie, I ended up with pink lemonade soup because I thought that if a little bit of pink lemonade frozen concentrate is good then more…must. just. be. heavenly…or not! I thought for sure it would freeze, but it didn’t. Just be sure you follow this recipe to a T and it will turn out perfectly. Your family and/or friends will love you for making this for them!!

Pink Lemonade Pie
-9 oz Whipped Topping, thawed enough to mix
-Juice of 1 lemon
-6 oz can of Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate (you can also you regular or even limeade – if using limeade substitute a lime for the juice of 1 lemon above)
-14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
Mix/whip all ingredients with mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill in the freezer. Enjoy!
